ISO Assist for family care homes
ISO Assist is an online quality system for family-style care homes (gezinshuizen) and small healthcare providers in the Netherlands. De Regelneef came up with it, built it and brought it to market.
The challenge
Care home parents run a small organisation alongside the care itself. For the annual ISO 9001 or Keurmerk Gezinshuizen audit they have to keep documents current, plan evaluations, maintain staff files and record incidents. That takes a lot of time.
What we built
An online program that takes over the quality work. The care home parent answers a few questions about the organisation. After that, every document for the audit is ready, filled in for that care home. The annual plan and reminders run on their own. The auditor looks along through their own access.
