invoice.systems is an invoicing program for business owners and small companies. De Regelneef built it to send its own invoices and turned it into a product.
The challenge
Sending an invoice is done in a minute. The work comes after: tracking who has paid, looking up bank transfers and sending a reminder on time. We ran into that ourselves.
What we built
A program to create invoices and quotes in your own brand style and send them with a payment link. Your customer pays in one click or approves a quote online. Payments are matched to the right invoice automatically. Every customer has their own page with all their invoices and quotes. De Regelneef runs all its own invoicing on it.
