HKZ Direct for small care providers
HKZ Direct is an online quality system for small healthcare providers in the Netherlands going for HKZ: day care, supported living, small-scale home care and private practices. De Regelneef built it.
The challenge
Dutch municipalities increasingly ask for an HKZ certificate when they purchase care. Small providers have no quality officer on staff. They have to arrange it alongside the care work.
What we built
An online program that guides the provider step by step through the HKZ standard. Documents, internal audits, complaints, incidents, risks and the annual plan are all in one place. With the experience from ISO Assist, we tuned it precisely to HKZ.
